AquaTrack Privacy Policy
AquaTrack is a water-drinking tracker. This policy describes what the app does and does not do with your information.
Data stored on your device
Your water log, daily goal, profile answers from onboarding (weight and activity level), cup sizes, reminder schedule and appearance settings are stored only on your device. They are never uploaded to our servers, and we cannot see them. Deleting the app deletes this data.
Analytics and crash reporting
The app uses Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand aggregate feature usage (for example, that an onboarding step was viewed or a reminder was enabled) and to receive crash reports so problems can be fixed. These events do not contain your water log or profile answers. Firebase may process device identifiers, coarse device information (model, OS version, locale) and IP addresses as part of providing these services. See Google's privacy policy for how Google processes this data.
Purchases
Subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple's App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment details. Purchase entitlement is verified through the store's own APIs.
Notifications
Reminder notifications are scheduled locally on your device. Notification permission is requested only when you enable reminders, and can be revoked at any time in system settings.
What we do not do
No account is required and none can be created. We do not collect names, email addresses, contacts, precise location, health data, photos or any personal content. We do not sell data, and there is no third-party advertising in the app.
Children
AquaTrack is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this address with a new effective date.
