AquaTrack Terms of Use
By using AquaTrack you agree to these terms.
The service
AquaTrack helps you track daily water intake, set a personal goal and receive optional reminders. It is a wellness convenience, not a medical device: its goal suggestions are generic estimates and are not medical advice. Consult a professional about your individual hydration needs, particularly if you have a medical condition.
Subscriptions
AquaTrack Premium (custom cup sizes, full history, smart reminders) is offered as auto-renewing weekly and yearly subscriptions, the yearly one with a 3-day free trial. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel it in your store account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased. Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region.
Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app, or use it in violation of applicable law or the app store's own terms.
Warranty and liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gowalk is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms; material changes will be published at this address with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
